I took on a new challenge as service Designer and UX Designer at Test4free.org, which provides convenient and accessible COVID-19 testing and vaccinations to communities in the South East region. My role at this company was to reimagine the process for patients seeking COVID-19 services, so that the team and its resources could work more efficiently and accuraately to service high-volumes of patients during the pandemics surges.
